Wood

Waste rubber refers to discarded vulcanized rubber or rubber products, such as scrap tires, rubber scraps, waste rubber hoses, tapes, and shoes. Various processes such as crushing, sorting, and grinding can be employed to produce fine rubber powder, recycled rubber, and other materials from waste rubber.

The wood waste is fed into a dual-shaft shredder by a chain plate conveyor and pushed into the shredder’s cutting chamber by a hydraulic pusher from above for crushing. The conveyor can automatically adjust the feed rate according to the load of the main motor to ensure continuous and sufficient supply of raw materials. The crushed materials are collected and outputted on a discharge conveyor for the next step of processing. (This process is for reference only; specific processes need to be customized according to project requirements.)
