Waste Table&Chairs
Old furniture such as bed frames, mattresses, sofas, tables, chairs, wardrobes, and bookcases are typically assembled from several components using specific joining methods. They occupy large volumes, are difficult to transport, not easily dismantled by oneself, and take up considerable space in landfills. Shredding and dismantling them can alleviate pressure on backend disposal.
- Disposal Process
The disassembled old furniture is placed onto a metal chain plate conveyor, which continuously and evenly transports them into the main unit of a dual-shaft shredder. Through the tearing and shearing action of the shredder, small pieces of material are outputted via a discharge belt conveyor. These materials are then transported away by a transfer truck for final disposal or directly compressed and packaged to reduce the footprint. Suspended above the belt conveyor is a permanent magnetic separator that captures ferromagnetic materials, which are then collected in a metal collection box for recycling purposes.
