Common waste plastic products include waste plastic shoes, plastic water cups, plastic bags, packaging bottles, plastic bottles, plastic bags, plastic lunch boxes, and utensils, etc. Regardless of whether waste plastic is incinerated, landfilled, recycled, or thermally cracked, it cannot be separated from crushing.
- Disposal Process
The feeding belt conveyor evenly transports the waste plastic into the crushing knife box of the double-shaft shredder. The alloy steel blades pre-crush the waste plastic, and the crushed materials are sent to the grinder by the conveyor belt to be finely crushed to meet the customer’s requirements for fine materials. A self-dumping permanent magnetic iron remover is installed on the belt conveyor between the two crushers, responsible for sorting the ferromagnetic materials contained in the plastic materials after the initial crushing.
