Fruit and vegetable waste refer to the residual materials from fruits and vegetables produced in agricultural markets, vegetable markets, and supermarkets. Due to characteristics such as high organic content, high water content, and low impurities, it is difficult to handle. By employing appropriate processing techniques, comprehensively processed fruit and vegetable waste becomes easier to transport and utilize as resources, such as organic fertilizer substrates and biomass fuels, thus saving resources and energy.
