Sugarcane leaves, bagasse, and sugarcane stalks are important renewable biomass resources. Through processes such as grinding and pelletizing, they can be transformed into biomass pellet fuel for use in urban biomass boilers or biomass power plants.
Bagasse is fed into a dual-shaft shredder by a chain plate conveyor and pushed into the shredder’s cutting chamber by a hydraulic pusher from above for crushing. The conveyor can automatically adjust the feed rate according to the load of the main motor to ensure continuous and sufficient supply of raw materials. The crushed materials are collected and outputted on a discharge conveyor for the next step of processing.
