Straw

Straw refers to the stems and leaves (spikes) of mature crops. It typically refers to the remaining parts of crops such as wheat, rice, corn, potatoes, rapeseed, cotton, and other crops after the seeds have been harvested. Straw is a versatile renewable biological resource and a coarse feed material characterized by a high crude fiber content (30%-40%) and containing lignin. It has a high calorific value and can be crushed and compressed into fuel.

The straw is fed into a dual-shaft shredder by a chain plate conveyor and pushed into the shredder’s cutting chamber by a hydraulic pusher from above for crushing. The conveyor can automatically adjust the feed rate according to the load of the main motor to ensure continuous and sufficient supply of raw materials. The crushed materials are collected and outputted on a discharge conveyor for the next step of processing. (This process is for reference only; specific processes need to be customized according to project requirements.)
