Stale Garbage

Stale garbage is the product of natural evolution of garbage after being buried for a long time. After years of microbial decomposition and fermentation, it typically contains high moisture and low organic matter content. If it is to be excavated and incinerated, it needs to undergo crushing and screening, with the separated combustible portion used for waste incineration, while the remaining portion is subjected to composting, landfilling, leachate treatment, etc., depending on specific circumstances.

The stale garbage is transported to a drum screen for screening. Material larger than 40mm is sent to shredders, air separators, and crushers for crushing, sorting, and further crushing successively, to obtain compressed lightweight combustible materials for sale as alternative fuels. Metals selected by magnetic separators are recycled. Inert heavy materials such as construction materials separated by air separation systems can be used for roadbed materials and recycled building material ingredients. Material smaller than 40mm is used for landfill cover soil, humus, etc., and is transported to the landfill for backfilling, greening, or composting.
