Scrap Car

Scrapped cars are typical examples of comprehensive recycling resources. Their components (such as the chassis, headlights, electrical instruments, windshields, bumpers, interior and exterior trim, etc.) can provide raw materials such as steel, non-ferrous metals, precious metals, plastics, rubber, leather, glass, and more. The reuse of scrapped automobiles holds significant importance in environmental protection, resource conservation, and promoting a circular economy.

The cars shells are fed into a hydraulic coarse shredder, where they undergo powerful crushing through multiple mechanisms like shearing, chopping, and tearing. The crushed materials are then sent to a dual-shaft shredder for secondary crushing. The output materials are screened by a magnetic separator and finally packaged for transportation. (Due to the numerous components of cars, this process only illustrates the treatment of automobile shells. For disposal processes of other cars components, please consult engineers.)
