Pulp Paper

In paper mills, the ropes generated during the production process usually come in two specifications: fine ropes with a diameter of <150mm and coarse ropes with diameters ranging from 300 to 600mm.

The piled ropes are conveyed onto a chain plate conveyor, where they are uniformly transferred onto a dual-shaft shredder. The entangled flexible materials are crushed and dispersed. Subsequently, the shredded materials are separated from metals and other substances by a magnetic separator. The materials after separation can then undergo further fine crushing in a shredder to meet subsequent production processing requirements. (This process is for reference only; specific processes need to be customized according to project requirements.)
