After the hazardous waste barrels are placed into the feeding hopper, the lifting mechanism drives the feeding hopper to rise within the sealed automatic device. When the feeding hopper reaches the top of the hazardous waste crushing floor, it automatically flips over, pouring the hazardous waste barrels into the shredder’s feed bin. At this point, the pushing device compresses the hazardous waste barrels downward, accelerating the material crushing speed and improving crushing efficiency. The hazardous waste barrels are shredded into small pieces by the shredder’s main engine, then sent into the material pit through the discharge hopper, awaiting further processing.
The system is equipped with a fire protection system and an intelligent control system to ensure safety and control throughout the material disposal process. Depending on the customer’s requirements for discharge size, a two-stage crushing process can also be provided.
