MSW (Municipal Solid Waste)
MSW contains low-calorific-value and non-combustible materials such as ceramics and stones, so before being processed into alternative fuels, MSW must undergo a series of crushing and screening processes to separate the non-combustible materials. Only the remaining combustible materials can be processed into high-calorific-value alternative fuels RDF/SRF.
- Disposal Process
MSW is conveyed to a coarse crusher through a conveyor belt for coarse crushing; the crushed materials then enter a drum screen for screening to obtain usable metals, heavy substances, and light substances. The separated light substances are further sent to a fine crusher for fine crushing, and the crushed materials are finally fed into an RDF molding machine to produce finished RDF; the heavy substances are returned to the landfill.
