A feeding belt conveyor uniformly transports leather scraps to the feed bin of a dual-shaft shear shredder. The dual-shaft shredder, driven by hydraulic or electric motors, rotates its two shafts in opposite directions. Through cutting and tearing actions, the leather scraps are shredded into smaller particles. The processed material passes through an iron remover for iron removal before entering a fine shredder for further crushing. Finally, it is transported away by a transfer truck. (This process is for reference only; specific processes need to be customized according to the project requirements.)
