Kitchen Waste

Kitchen waste refers to the residual materials from fruits and vegetables generated in the kitchen. Due to characteristics such as high organic content, high water content, and low impurities, it is difficult to handle. We employ rational processing techniques to facilitate the comprehensive processing of fruit and vegetable waste, making it easier for transportation and resource utilization, such as producing organic fertilizer substrates and biomass fuels, thus conserving resources and energy.

Kitchen waste is fed into a spiral conveyor, where it is continuously and evenly transported to a double-shaft shredder. Simultaneously, solid-liquid separation occurs, and sludge is discharged. After being shredded by the double-shaft shredder, the material enters a spiral press for dehydration and disposal before being finally sent to a storage bin. (This process is for reference only, and the specific process needs to be customized according to the project situation).
