Dead Animals
In view of the increasing trend of the number of dead animals, harmless treatment of them has become an urgent problem to be solved, so as to reduce the pollution of dead animals to water sources and land and the threat to human health from the root.
- Disposal Process
The animal carcasses placed on the chain plate conveyor are systematically fed into the dual-shaft shredder for crushing and volume reduction. Due to the hardness of animal bones and the toughness of skin, fur, and muscles, the shredder blades are specially treated, using imported alloy steel for durability. The shredder employs a shearing crushing principle to render the animal carcasses harmless and reduce their volume.
