Wheat and corn straw are versatile renewable biological resources, serving as coarse fodder characterized by high crude fiber content (30%-40%) and lignin content. They possess high calorific value and can be crushed and pressed into fuel
The straw is fed into a dual-shaft shredder by a chain plate conveyor and pushed into the shredder’s cutting chamber by a hydraulic pusher from above for crushing. The conveyor can automatically adjust the feed rate according to the load of the main motor to ensure continuous and sufficient supply of raw materials. The crushed materials are collected and outputted on a discharge conveyor for the next step of processing.
