Scrap Tire

Waste rubber refers to discarded vulcanized rubber or rubber products, such as scrap tires, rubber scraps, waste rubber hoses, tapes, and shoes. Various processes such as crushing, sorting, and grinding can be employed to produce fine rubber powder, recycled rubber, and other materials from waste rubber.

For waste rubber containing steel wires, such as various types of tires, the steel wires need to be removed first using a wire drawing machine. Then, the rubber is fed into a dedicated tire shredder by a chain plate conveyor. This machine is a combination of a dual-shaft shredder and a circular drum sieve, where crushing and screening occur simultaneously. The processed material is then sequentially fed into a steel wire separator and a granulator to separate the steel wires, fibers, and rubber particles. Finally, the rubber particles are sent to a milling machine to obtain rubber powder with a specific particle size. (This process is for reference only; please consult the sales manager for specific processes.)
